Eligibility: Eligibility for the Atlantic Southeast Airlines All Stars Program is limited to active Atlantic Southeast Airline employees. Star Bucks earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Star Bucks is available after eligibility is severed.
Change: Atlantic Southeast Airlines Rewards & Recognition reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program at any time. Atlantic Southeast Airlines reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or Star Bucks, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Atlantic Southeast Airlines Rewards & Recognition, at its sole discretion.
Participant Enrollment: Each employee will logon to ourASA.com with their employee number and password to gain access to the Atlantic Southeast Airlines All Stars Program website.
Earning Rewards: The earning of Star Bucks begins September 15, 2008 and will be awarded in accordance with the rules governing the Atlantic Southeast Airlines All Stars program, as established by the Atlantic Southeast Airlines Star Bucks Program Administrator. There is no backdating of enrollment to retroactively award Star Bucks.
Redemption and Deduction of Star Bucks:
- Star Bucks may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Star Bucks are not redeemable for cash.
- The Star Bucks you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Star Bucks to another account. Star Bucks have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
- Atlantic Southeast Airlines reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Star Bucks On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
- When you have obtained sufficient Star Bucks, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the On-Line Catalog.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
Statements of Atlantic Southeast Airlines Star Bucks Earned: This web site provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as Atlantic Southeast Airlines Star Bucks balances.
Termination of Program: Atlantic Southeast Airlines reserves the right to terminate the Star Bucks Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Star Bucks must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded Star Bucks to redeem items from the Atlantic Southeast Airlines Star Bucks On-Line Catalog. Awarded Star Bucks can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Star Bucks On-Line Catalog.
Promotional Events: From time to time, Atlantic Southeast Airlines, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Atlantic Southeast Airlines All Stars Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participant and not Atlantic Southeast Airlines, or any of its affiliates or agents. Atlantic Southeast Airlines Rewards & Recognition will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the Star Bucks value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice: This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Atlantic Southeast Airlines. The information collected on this web site will be used by Atlantic Southeast Airlines Rewards & Recognition in connection with the Atlantic Southeast Airlines Star Bucks Program.
